General ABSolute Training is scheduled for the third Wednesday of every month throughout the year. The training is held at the ValueOptions from 9:30 am — 4:30 pm. Attendees are required to register for trainings as far in advance as possible. Trainings will be cancelled if there are less than four attendees registered. In addition to the general trainings held monthly, additional trainings for large groups can usually be arranged by contacting ValueOptions Family/Training Liaison. Scheduling options for these trainings are dependent upon trainer availability.  Please note that this training is designed to compliment the online training. Attendees should have already reviewed the online training module prior to registration for this class. This training is a general overview of the system, and attendees must be prepared to have some basic knowledge of the system before attending this training.  If you will not be able to attend the training, please contact the Family/Training Liaison to make the change and to reschedule. Training Policy - Upon arrival at the CSA for training, the trainee will sign in and receive a training packet.  Trainings will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Trainees arriving 15 minutes or more past the scheduled start time will not be permitted to join the class, and must reschedule their training through the F/T Liaison.  Full-day training classes will allow for a one-hour lunch break. The trainees will be responsible for providing their own meals, and the CSA does not provide food or beverages for ABSolute trainings.  To protect from damage to the computers, food and beverages are not permitted in the IT computer training room during training.
